Rubbi's Story
Rubbi Matharu is a certified and registered holistic nutritional practitioner. She is an outstanding member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals.Her goal is to support each client with the best preventative care possible through her expertise in holistic health. Rubbi has helped many clients reach their goals by providing them with the educational tools needed for optimal health.
Rubbi is the founder of Holista Life Wellness and is clinically practicing in Surrey British Columbia. She Graduated from the International School of Holistic Nutrition with honours in 2013. From there she worked for a non-profit organization called Lookout society and became a nutritional advocate for their members.
She also assessed menus for the Bread for Life Program and the OutReach Program for Crawford House. Her expertise was to ensure that the programs provided healthy nutritional meals to its members. She made modification and advised on healthy replacements of healthier choices.
As Rubbi grew her own practice she went on to join Omega Alpha nutraceuticals as their educational consultant and continues to do so currently as well. Rubbi believes that by educating individuals on their personal wellness plan she can empower them to take control of their own health.
Rubbi understands the importance of nutrition and good health for growing families. She is happily married and has three beautiful children. Her goal from the very beginning for her own family was always achieving good health through foods and empowering her family through nutritional education to make healthier meal choices.
When Rubbi is not working she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two fur babies Buddy and Charlie. She also enjoys her nature walks and enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures and cuisines.
